A major beverage distributor partnered with SCPI to reimagine their complex, multi-stop delivery network across the NYC metro area, targeting lower operating costs without sacrificing store-level service.

This project resulted in an optimized distribution footprint and validated yard strategy that streamlined routing across 100+ daily routes, unlocking capacity savings and identifying the most efficient network configuration for the region.
