Ty Getz
Ty Getz
is President with Supply Chain Process Improvement, Inc. (SCPI).
Mr. Getz
has over 18 years experience in the performance assessment and
implementation of Lean Supply Chain improvements. His expertise covers all
facets of a Supply Chain assessment with a focus on data analysis,
simulation and optimization. He has implemented solutions in many diverse
industries such as Printing and Packaging, Steel Fabrication, Furniture,
Home Accessories, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Media, and Injection Molding
and Extrusion.
Mr. Getz
holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Case Western Reserve
University. He is a member of CSCMP, and the Lean Enterprise Institute and
has completed LEI advanced training in value stream analysis and pull
systems.

Steve
Spratt
Steve
Spratt is Vice President with Supply Chain Process Improvement, Inc.
Mr.
Spratt has led many notable projects in the areas of supply chain design,
inventory optimization, scheduling, and simulation. He is a recognized
expert in the application of Inventory Optimization technology and served as
Subject Matter Expert for APQC's Inventory Optimization Consortium
Benchmarking Study.
Mr.
Spratt graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania
with a Bachelor of Science in Education with certification in Secondary
Mathematics. He earned a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from The
University of Virginia. He is a member of CSCMP.

Kevin
Vahey
Kevin
Vahey is Vice President with Supply Chain Process Improvement, Inc.
Mr. Vahey
has over 20 years experience managing complex Supply Chains and improving
performance in diverse industries. He has run Sales, Inventory & Operations
Planning processes (S&OP) and has been responsible for Fulfillment
operations for companies including Allied-Signal, Texas Instruments and AVX
Corporation. He has been Project Manager and Supply Chain Advisor for
performance improvement projects since 1998. Mr.
Vahey's focus with SCPI is to objectively employ analysis tools to identify
and eliminate supply chain waste.
Mr. Vahey
holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of
Scranton, and an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon
University. He has extensive expertise with SCOR metrics and best
practices. He is a member of CSCMP, and the Lean Enterprise Institute and
has completed LEI advanced training in lean logistics. |
